Family Court Connection was founded to provide professional, court-ordered supervision services that prioritize child safety, neutrality, and accountability—while also supporting the broader Family Court community through nationwide training and education.
Our team brings together multiple years of professional experience in supervised visitation and supervised exchanges with deeply personal understanding of the Family Court system. We have worked directly with families, courts, attorneys, and child welfare professionals in high-conflict custody cases, domestic violence cases, and complex family law matters. Through this work, we have seen how essential reliable, trauma-informed supervision services are to protecting children and preserving parent–child relationships.
But Family Court Connection was not built on professional experience alone.
Members of our leadership team have also personally navigated the Family Court process as parents and family members. We understand the emotional toll, uncertainty, and fear that often accompany custody disputes, protection orders, and court-ordered supervision. This lived experience shapes our philosophy and reinforces our commitment to treating every family with dignity, respect, and compassion.
Family Court Connection was created to raise the standard of supervised parenting time and monitored exchanges by combining evidence-informed practices, detailed documentation, and strict professional boundaries with a human-centered approach. Our trained supervisors remain neutral and child-focused while creating structured, predictable environments that reduce stress and promote safety for everyone involved.
In addition to direct services, we are proud to offer nationwide training for supervised visitation providers, family court professionals, attorneys, advocates, and social service agencies. Our training programs focus on best practices in court-ordered supervision, safety planning, documentation, ethics, professionalism, and trauma-informed care. By strengthening the skills of providers and court partners across the country, we help improve outcomes for children and families far beyond our local community.
